Baghauli Sugar & Distillery Limited was incorporated in the year 2006. The registered office of the Company is situated at Village – Bikapur, Baghauli, District- Hardoi, U.P. Corporate debtor has 3 plants i.e. Sugar factory, distillery plant and steel plant situated at Baghauli, Hardoi. The premises is spread over an area of around 118 Acre. Corporate debtor is a Sahara group company and wholly owned subsidiary of Sahara Prime City Limited. In or around 2017, Bank of Baroda filed application under section 7 of IBC, 2016 before the Hon’ble NCLT, Allahabad for initiating CIRP which stood admitted by way of order dated 7th February, 2020 and Mr. Vivek Raheja has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional.

Century communication Limited was incorporated in the year 1996 and was engaged in the business of Media Industry and was providing Production and Post Production facilities like shooting of films, editing and graphic facilities etc. State Bank of India, its Financial Creditor, had filed an application bearing No. C.P. 263(PB)/2018 under section 7 of the IBC,2016 for the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against the corporate debtor. The said application was admitted by Hon’ble NCLT vide order dated 04.10.2018 and Mr. Arvind Garg was appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP).

Company is undergoing corporate Insolvency Resolution process vide order of NCLT dated 29th October, 2019. Company is a trading house engaged in garmenting, knitting, dying and processing. It has its business units located in Faridabad and prithla. Company has total debt exposure of more than 650 Crore.

Company is undergoing corporate Insolvency Resolution process vide order of NCLT dated 1st March, 2019. It is is engaged in EPC and heavy engineering works and achieved highest turnover 600 Crore in recent past. Company has its business operations spread over different locations. It has debt exposure of more than INR 250 crores.
